OUR Cancellation Policy
At Thrive Solutions, we carefully schedule appointments to ensure each patient receives the time and attention they deserve. To help us maintain this, we kindly ask that you arrive on time and notify us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations
- If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM - weekend and after hours DO NOT COUNT). This allows us to offer the time to another patient in need. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a $100 late cancellation/no-show charge, which is not reimbursable by insurance and will be billed directly to you.
No-Show Policy
- After a second late cancellation or no-show, you may be removed from our recurring appointment schedule. After a third occurrence, we may refer you to another provider.
This policy is subject to administrative and clinical discretion. We also reserve the right to refer clients to other agencies if there is excessive rescheduling or cancellations. For any changes to your appointments, please contact us directly at 702-296-1221 (call or text). We are unable to accept changes from anyone other than the client.
