At Thrive Solutions, we believe healing begins with feeling seen, supported, and understood.
Our Co-Occurring Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides structured daytime treatment for people navigating both mental health and substance use challenges.
We bring heart and mind together to support the whole person, helping you build stability, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.
What Is PHP?
PHP is an intensive outpatient level of care that offers more support than traditional outpatient appointments, while allowing you to return home each day.
It may be an appropriate next step after residential or inpatient treatment, or when you need additional structure and support beyond your current outpatient care. An assessment helps determine whether PHP is the right fit for your needs.
Mental Health and Recovery, Together
Mental health and substance use can affect one another. Our co-occurring approach addresses both within your treatment plan, creating space to understand your experiences and build skills that support lasting wellness.
Your treatment goals may focus on:
● Understanding the relationship between mental health and substance use
● Building coping skills and managing emotions
● Recognizing triggers and strengthening relapse prevention
● Improving communication, boundaries, and relationships
● Establishing routines that support recovery and daily wellness
● Preparing for the next step in your care
Your experiences, strengths, and goals help guide the process. You are an active participant in your care.
A Connected Approach to Treatment
Your Thrive treatment providers work together to support your clinical needs and the practical steps that help you participate in care. Your treatment plan may include:
● Care management: Support with coordinating care, accessing resources, and navigating barriers to treatment.
● Individual therapy: Dedicated time with an individual therapist to explore personal challenges, strengthen skills, and work toward your goals.
● Group therapy and support: Opportunities to learn, practice new skills, and connect with others through shared experiences.
● Structured clinical curriculum: Guided learning focused on mental wellness, recovery, coping skills, relationships, and everyday functioning.
● Neuroscience education: Exploring how the brain, stress, habits, and nervous system relate to mental health and recovery.
● Guest speakers: Additional perspectives, education, and opportunities for meaningful connection.
● Holistic and creative modalities: Somatic therapy, sound healing, yoga, and art experiences that complement clinical treatment and encourage expression, grounding, and awareness.
● Family support: Opportunities to strengthen understanding, communication, and supportive involvement, as appropriate and with your consent.
Psychiatric services and medication management:
Evaluation and ongoing medication support when clinically appropriate.
Services and activities are guided by your individualized treatment plan and provider availability.
